Stoneberry cheating you out of your money
I have noticed that I am having a problem with stoneberry, For this has been going on for the past year or more with other items I've purchased and I write them and they'll write back saying they corrected the error and then I go back to view it again and the price for what I have purchased seems to rise each time after I make my new payment maybe like 5 to 10 dollars more then what it was the last month I have been printing them out each month in PDFs and keeping it all on record and I show it to them and each time they claim they fixed the error and each time it goes up 5 to 10 dollars more each month again I am rather tired of this cheating people out of their hard earned money
This needs to end some how something needs to be done about this and I do not know any other way to stop this price rise that they keep claming that they are fixing each time I bring it up
I would like to say that this time I did not say anything to them for this one I just decided to come here and make my complaint for it seems that writing to them is not doing any good the more I writeto them the more they up the value of what I am paying on this microwave
I would say I ordered this microwave like 4 to 5 months ago it is a Panasonic inverter microwave for $341 I have been paying on this starting sometime before June 2016 payment was $341 with 28.99 payments so if I have been making payments with them since before June that was $341.00 HOW IN *** IS IT $300 WHEN I HAVE BEEN PAYING SINCE BEFORE JUNE My payment should be down to about 190 something in that area not $300 !!! After 4 to 5 months WTF stoneberry? This is B.S.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I liked: Some good items.
I didn't like: Faulty item, Not a good company, Quality of product and did not like the customer service.
