Over Stoneberry

I applied and was approved for financing with Stoneberry. I've tried to place orders on 3 different occasions. I can definitely appreciate the security measures they take in order to keep my privacy private. But when I have to fax to them a copy of every single document that proves I'm me, that's ok. Once. But when I'm asked to repeat the process 3 times? Very tedious.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Try to call and pay my bill and get nothing but nasty phone representative. So how is a person who pays their bill on time. When customer representative does nothing but argue with you? Very unprofessional employees at Stone erry

Lousy customer service

Tried and toyed to get info on when my order would be delivered, it week delivered after they said it would be delivered. Went days without knowing when it would come.

Want to pay my bills

Stone berry thank you for contacting me. I had a small issue. I no longer have that issue. I'm going to continue to pay my account until I get it paid off in full. I ordered a package and had to wait weeks before it was shipped. I was told it would arrive on the 27th of June . I was told it was being shipped by federal express and they decided to change to United Parcel and it didn't arrive till weeks later and did not ever know where my package was. I paid around $39:00 dollars plus shipping and handling. I feel that I'm entitled to a refund or at least an apology for the way my order was handled and they're attitude when trying to get information.

Order a roll a way bed quality not good. Called for return label understood one would be sent. I have not received one, this afternoon after holding on phone for 35 minutes I was told they didnt sent return receipts. How do I return inferior product without the return receipt?

Poor of the POOREST rude sarcastic unprofessional and disrespectful.

Spoke with an associate on 6/25/21 explained my situation regarding my order and found out some information that I was not aware of as well as me (consumer) sharing information that was not accurate. Associate was very nice ,pleasant . Asked to speak with a supervisor to explain my complaint this person who stated that they were a supervisor was VERY rude raised her voice at me and was very sarcastic when asked why she was raising her voice she hung up on me so did the second supervisor . This is not over .will

They keep calling me saying never got payment i sent 6/3/21 this happened last Oct also but every check i mailed out same day all got to places and through Bank.They tried making me pay double payment before July was even due! Called me at 8:30 @ night saying how do you want to pay this!!

I'm done with Stoneberry

I purchased furniture covers for recliner and love seat. They arrived in one box...the fit of the love seat cover was bad so I returned both in the original box which cost me $68.00, USPS parcel post. When they credited my account they left open a balance of $20.01 which apparently was their shipping costs which is not refundable. Now my account shows a $1.58 finance charge. There is no end to their greed. The only thing I have to show for this whole experience and $89.00 is a trip to the post office. TTTT

Terrible customer service

A 2inch mattress topper was ordered a 4inch was sent and now they won't send a return label unless i pay for and i got it 5/17/21 the customer rep was the worst person i ever in my life spoke to she does not need to be in the people business she would not help me at all totally negative, on top of that they have blocked my phone number always a busy signal i have tried from other phones the calls go through
