Stoneberry - Rude,arrogant ,obnoxious,uncaring,unfriendly
Customer service was horrible. I was treated very rude, I was hung up on when I asked about an order I placed three months ago. Then I talked to someone else. Also not knowledgeable, didn't care, didnt thank me calling, when I pay off my bill, which will be very soon now, I won't buy anything else from stoneberry
Stoneberry - Frustrating
I was a new customer with Stoneberry. I've placed my first order, and the product came damaged. I had to pay 18.00 for shipping to returned it, and I called Customer Service and the customer service representative was so rude and treated me very bad...she was so nasty.
