I placed an order with Stoneberry and only got one item in my box
i placed an order with stone berry and only received one item i got one bathmat rugs and not the gold chain it was99.99 thought it was in side the box and it was not there i called and spoke with Sandi and she said it was delivered on October 16 i said it was not she insisted it was i told her if i got it i would not be calling to say i did not get it she put me on hold and all of a sudden there was busy signal on the phone she disconnected me so i called back and got shirley and i told her what happened she was a ll appolocetic and she was suppose to send me form to fill out which i never got i called stoneberry 4 times and was on hold for over hour i cannot wait that long they keep on say customer service is busy and some one will be with you shortly i keep on waiting how long do i have to wait and why can't a supervisor call me back why don't stoneberry have more customer service people except calls i want a supervisor call me back this is the 4th email i sent to you people i have gotten no where yet
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Stoneberry Cons: Bad customer service, Not a good company.
