When I created my original order I had to cancel it and restart it because my address didnt change. I thought it did the second time but I was wrong. My order ended up going to my OLD address! The only thing I have seen from my order is the carpet! I am not going to pay for items Ive never received. I told the representative that when I called, and I stand behind it.

Billing Department Operator Purposely Hung Up On Me

This company owed me an over $500 credit. They were not crediting it. When I asked about it, their operator was rude to me, then YELLED at me, and finally PURPOSELY hung up on me!!! I have never been treated that way by a company representative.

Over Stoneberry

I applied and was approved for financing with Stoneberry. I've tried to place orders on 3 different occasions. I can definitely appreciate the security measures they take in order to keep my privacy private. But when I have to fax to them a copy of every single document that proves I'm me, that's ok. Once. But when I'm asked to repeat the process 3 times? Very tedious.

I want to send back a product but they want me to pay for shipping, which is half the price I paid for the item. Supervisor said it was my problem and Id have to pay for it. I just want them to pay for the shipping to send it back.

Awful Service/Greedy Company

I paid my bill IN FULL, but did not add the late charge as Stoneberry proclaims to care about its customers during this time of Covid-19. I included a letter as to why they were not getting the late fee amount. I STILL got another bill for it. Giving up--I paid the late fee and then------they charged me a late fee on the late fee!!! I paid it and today rec'd yet ANOTHER bill for the same late fee amount. I called the company--spoke to a rude Supervisor, ironically named Karen--and she refused to refund the late fee for the late fee .... what kind of company does this?? Also, their return policy is awful. I once needed to return something and learned it would cost me MORE$$ to make the return than the cost of the item itself!

Dissatisfied with bed side foot exercise machine

I Dorothy Brown account number 05059****-C2 ordered the bedside foot exerciser for my sister who had a stroke. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product. It is very light weight plastic and turns over every time she tries to peddle. I'm a very busy being a caretaker for 2 people and didn't get it returned before the box was thrown out. I'm paying for an item that did not service my sister. It was too expensive for " No Service" I will give it to the Goodwill. This was my first time ordering from Stoneberry and it was a bad experience with this product.

Tarnished rings

Returned item

Ok, I ordered a hydroshot portable power cleaner on may 15th 2020, when I received it the fitting on the hose was broken and there was no way it would connect to the wand, so I contacted stoneberry and asked if they could replace the hose. I was advised that they Couldn't.

I would have to send back the whole unit! And then I would have to wait again to get another one. That didn't sit to well with me. So I was asked if I wanted another one or would I like to be reimbursed for this item.

I said YES. I then asked how long would it take for them to put the MONEY back my debt card. And I was told as SOON AS THE ITEM WAS RETURNED!!!! I shipped it back to them on 06/10/2020, that was 9 days ago.

I know that they have it BY NOW SO WHY HASN'T THE MONEY BEEN PUT BACK ON MY DEBT CARD!!!! Sorry I'm not trying to be sarcastic but I just don't understand why it's taking this long to get reimbursed. Because it didn't even take a minute to get the money off the debt card. The order # was 429485, page # in the catalog 13, the conformation #ZB257615****.

This is the 2nd time that I have reached out to you with NO RESPONSE BACK FROM YOU!!!! However I have purchased something from you that I'm pleased with so thanks for that.

But this time I can't say that. I just want my money returned.
