I ordered a product it took over a month to RECIEVE I called told them to cancel order. I was told that I would receive shipping label and would be credited. I then get bill for past due amount plus late fees because they didn’t credit the shipping and handling what kind of stuff is that, so you mean even if I return item they still charge you shipping and handling and if you don’t know that you will have it on your credit account

i ordered from stoneberry still don't have my order and they are saying my payment is due. now that is crazy.

i called the lady said o no it is not due till dec 20th. now who do you believe?

STONEBERRY:STONEBERRY IS THE WORSE COMPANY TO ORDER FROM.I ORDER A LABTOP AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ON BACK ORDERED.THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE SHIPPED ON ONE DAY. WELL IT WAS NOT.

I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER SHIPMENT DATE. THAT HAPPEN THREE TIME DUE TO BACK ORDER.I CALLED AGAIN BECAUSE NOW THE DATE I WAS GIVEN WAS TO CLOSE TO THE DATE I WAS GOING ON VACATION. I ASKED IF THE LABTOP CAN BE SHIPPED THREES LATER DUE TO MY VACATION.CUSTOMER SAID NO WORRIES. ONCE I GOT BACK HOME I CALLED ABOUT THE LABTOP AND WAS TOLD IT WAS MAILED AND SIGN FOR.

I NEVER RECEIVED TO LABTOP AND TOLD THEM THAT.CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID WELL YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED AND I MUST PAY FOR THE LABTOP. NEXT THING I KNOW THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.

Was selling my house so I got rid of my pool so I thought I'd get an easy one to set up and take down and order the 15 by 48 Easy Set Pool well it had *** in it so they sent me another Pool and the pump doesn't fill up all the way with water it's a piece of junk for 350.00 and it's got to be off brand from the company they say it is because it doesn't work right it doesn't keep it clean it's a piece of crap and they charge $150 more for it than any other store the pump is not correct for that pool it won't even fill up with water

Stay away from Stoneberry!

I tried to pay my bill ahead of time online only to be told I had a $0 balance. I even screenshotted the information for future reference, not that it mattered to Stoneberry.

Two weeks later I received a letter saying my payment was late and I’d be charged a late fee! So then, to avoid any more late charges, I attempted to pay online, only to be told the website was experiencing technical difficulties, making my payment late again, incurring MORE late charges. Statements are unreliable and don’t arrive in a timely manner. I almost think they do this in order to tack on more fees.

Absolutely awful setup. I will NEVER buy from Stoneberry again and now throw away their catalogs as soon as they arrive.

This was written out in words fir $17 even if it looked like $77...which it didnt. This is agianst the law. Then they refused to do anything to make up for it and got rude.

Horrible customer service

I placed an order and was told I needed to put a down payment down. I found the same product for a cheaper price and called Stoneberry to cancel my pending order. I was told they couldn't cancel my order and that after 90 days it would cancel itself if I never made the down payment. In the mean time, the credit department told me to call customer service to have my order canceled so that the pending order didn't count against my credit limit. I called 5 separate times and each time I was either hung up on or transferred to a different department. I even had a supervisor transfer me to "another supervisor" after she yelled at me. The customer service associates are rude and incompetent including the supervisor and I am done doing business with them.

Defected solar lights

I have purchased a lot of products for the last 4 years. Last year 405096 is still The same crap. Solar lights work 50 to 75 % of the time. Stop selling BS SOLAR LIGHTS. BBB needs to hear about this called multiple timed on hold all day. I know for sure when you want your money. You will get on the phone then Bad business

You will get a letter in the mail or you should call. It means they probably want money up front.

Depending on your credit it can be as low as 25% for good credit or 75% + for bad or no credit. The website is very misleading and they pull hard inquiries on your credit.

I don’t have much of a credit history. I am just now getting started and I was under the impression that this would be a good way to build credit. The website makes it sound like a breeze but it’s NOT! I was told they require a 75% down payment based on credit history. She said no credit or bad credit we require most of the payment up front.

What were you thinking? Putting your personal info out there on a public website is just asking for trouble.

I can't imagine what you are thinking. This is a platform for complaints, not customer service. Have fun with all the telemarketers and scammers that are going to contact you. Crazy.
