I received a gift for which I have absolutely no use. When I tried to return it at the Fed Ex Service center they told me it would be very expensive unless you sent me a return pd.

postage label. I called for one and Josh told me that Stoneberry does not do that. It would be my cost to send it back.

That is VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

At my initial inquiry as to how to go about returning the item I was told it would cost $6.95 and be billed to the person who sent it to me. I would even be willing to pay the $6.95 but will not pay $17.99 which is what your S&H charge shows on the delivery slip.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $68.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Stoneberry Cons: Poor customer relations.

I so received an item for a gift,they told me the same thing I even talked to the supervisor and she said I would have to get in contact with the company conair that put out the massaging heating pad.But stoneberry wouldn't let me send it back to them for a return since they have a 30 day return policy that I had no clue about. I think it's just *** the way they do their customers.
